My travel dates changed!

How do I change a reservation I made?

We do not currently support reservation modification via our app or website. Contact us directly at  info@slipemarinas.com with your new travel dates and booking information, and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I add additional nights to my existing reservation?

To add more nights to an existing reservation, you will need to book a separate itinerary. In this instance, to assist the dockmaster on-site at the marina, we suggest referring to your reservation in the Special Requests & Notes field.

What is your cancellation policy? How do I cancel a reservation I made?

Refunds and cancellations that qualify are simple! We follow the same cancellation policy as the marina. We operate in accordance with the marina’s cancellation policy.

Account holders can select the trip they wish to cancel by going to the My Trips section of their account, where they will find a list of all upcoming trips.

Please contact us with the reservation confirmation number if you have any questions, and we will be happy to assist you.

What is your refund policy for cancellations?

In the event that you are eligible for a refund, depending on the cancellation policy of the specific marina that you booked with, we will strive to process your refund within 48 hours of notification of cancellation. Refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.

Where is my confirmation number? I can’t find my reservation. I need a copy of my itinerary.

Your itinerary was confirmed in a receipt that was sent to the email address you provided when you booked your trip. Please check your junk/spam folder if this email did not reach you. If you are still having trouble finding your reservation, please contact us with as many details as possible, including your name, email address, the dates of your stay, and the marina you booked. Our staff stands ready to assist.
