How much does it cost to list with SLIPe?

Users have two subscription choices: A recurring monthly payment of $9.99 for each listing or an upfront payment of $99.99 for an annual subscription are both options.

How many properties can I list?

The options are endless! As many docks, slips, or moorings as you own or manage can be listed. If you own or manage a marina, get in touch with us to discuss partnership opportunities with SLIPe.

What is included in my listing?

With your listing, you can include a description, pictures, amenities, maximum boat dimensions, rates, and available dates. After our team approves it, boaters looking to rent docks, slips, and moorings will see it in the SLIPe search results for your city or area.

Can I list my mooring, slip, or dock for sale on SLIPe?

Yes! Instead of selecting the seasonal or temporary pricing options in the Rates section of your listing, simply select “for sale.”

How am I paid for my listing?

SLIPe will remit payment to you following checkout for listings that are eligible for our Reservation Request Service. SLIPe will collect payment directly from the boater. Secure payments and remittances can be made through SLIPe’s partnership with Stripe. Stripe Connect is required for private listing owners with a rate type that qualifies for our Reservation Request service

Listings that aren’t eligible for our Reservation Request Service (types of rates: SLIPe will not collect payment on these listings (per season, per year, or for sale). The payment terms for these options will be decided between you and the boater. We anticipate expanding our offerings soon!

Are there any restrictions to listing with SLIPe?

You acknowledge that you own or have the right to rent your slip when you list it. You must ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws before using SLIPe and violating any agreements you have made with third parties, such as homeowners associations, condominium leases, or rental agreements.

Will my personal information be displayed with my listing?

We are committed to preventing fraud and safeguarding customer information. On our website or app, SLIPe will not display your name, email address, or phone number.SLIPe will send you an email with inquiries about your listing.

How am I contacted about my listing?

SLIPe will send you an email with a reservation request alert whenever a listing qualifies for our Reservation Request Service. Depending on your availability, you are then responsible for accepting or declining the booking request. SLIPe will charge the boater directly if you accept. The boater’s name and phone number will be included in your reservation request alert email.

A contact form will be displayed on the page for your listing for listings that are not eligible for our Reservation Request Service. A contact form on your listing page can be used by boaters who are interested in your listing. You will receive an email from SLIPe containing their name, email address, phone number, and message. You can contact them to proceed with the rental.

How can I edit or remove my listing?

Within three business days, we aim to approve, edit, and remove listings. You can contact our dedicated customer service team via email or online chat if you need to make any changes to your listing.
